Mon-Thu Jul 21-24 2025	SPIRIT WEEK ACTIVITY VOLUNTEER Kingsbrooke Pool "Shed Area" Start: 8:00 AM End: 9:00 PM VOLUNTEER DURING SPIRIT WEEK! 🎉 From Monday, July 21st to Thursday, July 24th, we’ll be celebrating SPIRIT WEEK to boost excitement and team spirit as we head into our final events of the season—Divisionals and our End-of-Season Banquet! We're looking for volunteers to help run fun games and activities right after each age group’s swim practice during the morning and afternoon sessions. All supplies and instructions will be provided in advance—no prep required! Please check the sign-up sheet for specific time slots and session details.

Fri Jul 18 2025	Pep Rally-Pot Luck-Senior Send Off Kingsbrooke Pool Start: 5:30 PM End: 8:00 PM Last Pep Rally Before Divisionals! 🎉 Join us as we say “Ciao for now” with an Italian-themed potluck to fuel up and fire up before the big competition and to honor our amazing High School SENIORS! 🍕 Bring your favorite Italian dish — pasta, pizza, meatballs, tiramisu, you name it! 🎓 We’ll be dedicating this rally to our seniors, celebrating their journey and all they’ve brought to our community. Let’s cheer them on as they take their final steps into the future with pride, memories, and full hearts. Let’s rally together, fuel our team, and bring the energy into Divisionals! We will also be hosting our family swim relay's so dont forget to sign up for a spot when you first arrive to the pep rally!

Our swimmers, who are not pup coaches, 11+ are encouraged to come be a timer, recorder, or runner! Please see the sign up sheet. Their 2 hours count for your hours! Pups coaches will be in the water helping the pups and gups across the pool! Come join the fun and cheer for our future Sea Lions!

Fri Jul 4 2025	2025 Stars and Stripes Invitational Bridlewood Bridlewaves Start: 7:00 AM End: 12:00 PM The Bridlewood swim team is hosting the Stars and Stripes invitational meet on Friday, July 4th. The meet is by invitation only and therefore much smaller with each team only able to bring 4 participants from each age group based on top times from each event. The coaches are working on a lineup for the meet, but we would like to know from as many swimmers as possible on their availability for this meet. Please note that while we are asking for everyone's availability, not all will be invited to compete at the event.

Join us for our next Pep Rally packed with BBQ, burgers, and backyard fun! 🌭 Bring your best BBQ or burger-style potluck dish to share. 🏊 POOL OLYMPICS ARE ON! Grab your crew and head to the shed to sign up your team. You’ll get a score sheet and the Olympic challenges Another team must track your scores at each station Once you’ve completed all events, turn in your sheet at the registration table 🏆 May the best team win! Don't forget your swimsuits, sunscreen, and team spirit!🎉 See you there!
