Fall and Winter Swim Information
2026 Winter Swim Registration and Program Information
The Kingsbrooke Sea Lions Fall Swim Program offers a fun environment for athletes of all abilities to improve their strokes and maintain fitness. If your goal is improved technique, increased endurance, and/or better physical shape for the start of the summer season, the Kingsbrooke Sea Lions Winter Swim program is for your swimmers!

Winter Swim Dates: Sundays, February 15th-May 17th
- February 15th, 22nd
- March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd
- April 12th, 26th
- May 3rd, 17th
Sea Lion Pups Program (30-miunte session: Sunday) – Swimmers ages 4 to 10 who are unable to swim across the pool w/out assistance. Swimmers will focus on learn to swim fundamentals, stroke basics and building endurance.
- Sundays: 6:00-6:30pm, 6:30-7:00pm, 7:00-7:30pm
Beginner Program (45-minute session: Sunday) – Swimmers 10 and under who are comfortable swimming Freestyle and Backstroke. Swimmers will focus on refining Freestyle and Backstroke while learning the basic skills needed for legal Butterfly and Breaststroke.
- Sundays: 6:00-6:45pm
Intermediate Program (60-minute session: Sunday) - Swimmers must be legal in 3 of 4 competitive strokes. Swimmers will work on stroke development while perfecting open turns and flip turns. These swimmers will also start work on aerobic development.
- Sundays: 6:00-7:00pm
Advanced Program (60-minute session: Sunday) - Swimmers with previous swim team experience who are legal and comfortable swimming all 4 competitive strokes and Individually Medley. Swimmers have basic skills needed to perform open turns and flip turns. These swimmers will refine stroke technique while also working on speed and building endurance.
- Sundays: 7:00-8:00pm
Session Pricing: $175 per swimmer- Each additional registered sibling in the family will receive 10% off their total registration fee. See the payment page for the discount code. The first swimmer pays full price.
